Every order is packed by hand in our studio in Val Gardena, South Tyrol, and shipped with care.

We currently ship within Italy and to the European Union.

• European Union: €14.99 (Standard International)

Processing time

Orders are handmade to order in small batches. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within Italy and the EU, depending on destination and courier.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@dolomites-glow.it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement.

Custom & event orders

Wedding favours, baptism bonboniere, and personalised orders are made to order once production begins and may require a longer lead time — we'll confirm this with you before production starts.
