Every order leaves our studio packed with care. But transit is transit, and sometimes things don't arrive the way they left.
Returns
We don't accept returns. Each piece is handmade in small batches and cannot be restocked once it has left the studio.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, we want to know. Email us at info@dolomites-glow.it within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll sort it — either a full refund or a replacement sent out, whichever you prefer. No fuss.
Custom & event orders
Wedding favours, baptism bonboniere, and any personalised orders are non-refundable once production has started. These pieces are made from scratch, specifically for you — we confirm every detail before we begin, and that is the moment to ask questions or make adjustments.
If a mistake is ours, we fix it. Full stop.
